What is your philosophy on dunking cookies? To what consistency do you dip them until? And do you have any plans on releasing a 'cookie perfume' as I have firmly believed Mrs. Higgins should have for years? These are all important questions...
I personally dip my cookies for roughly 3-5 seconds (counting with Mississippi’s - the most accurate way to count of course). Any longer, I find that I start to get unwanted floaties in my milk as well as the cookie has a higher chance of breaking off and becoming shipwrecked at the bottom of my cup! Our philospohy at Moustache however is to make the place your own! Dunk your cookies like you did as a child and relive those nostalgic days in your own way! Cookie perfume? Lets just say…there’s probably a good reason why Mrs. Higgins didn’t introduce that product :P
