Hello! We bake all of our cookies fresh on site every day. You can’t really add extra chocolate syrup because here at Moustache we try our best to not use syrups. Instead we rely on using the most premium ice cream to give the flavouring to the milkshake but we could potentially melt a bit of chocolate down and add it in for you... -

I personally dip my cookies for roughly 3-5 seconds (counting with Mississippi’s - the most accurate way to count of course). Any longer, I find that I start to get unwanted floaties in my milk as well as the cookie has a higher chance of breaking off and becoming shipwrecked at the bottom of my cup!
